Send a short description.

Start with the product, where it was made, where it is going, how you sell it and what is already worrying you. Attach the current invoice sample, product list, broker question, Incoterms and any transport or import evidence already in the folder.

• Useful SKU list, material notes, destination countries, customer type and current invoice wording.
• Not useful A forwarded chain saying only that customs is being difficult.

Within 2 Working Days

Paid first call or fixed-fee scope.

If the question is narrow, a 45-minute first export call at €95 may be enough to decide the next step. If the work is clearly a VAT route check, code opinion or export setup, you receive a fixed-fee scope instead.

Fixed-fee projects require a 40% deposit before work starts. Hourly work is only offered after a paid first call or to retainer clients.

5 To 15 Working Days

Document review and route map.

The review checks the documents against the actual movement of goods. You receive a route map, risk notes, evidence gaps and written instructions for invoices, broker handling, customer promises and file storage.

• Route check Normally 5 working days.
• Full setup Normally 10 to 15 working days.
• Held shipment 48-hour triage for retained clients only.

Handover

Bring in the accountant, broker or warehouse manager.

If needed, the delivery includes a handover call with the people who must act on the advice. The goal is to remove translation errors: broker instructions in broker language, invoice points for the accountant and packing or evidence points for the warehouse.

Euro Consult Group does not lodge customs declarations directly and does not act as importer of record. The work prepares the route, evidence and instructions for the people already moving your goods.
